My name is Erica Kelley and I am a lifelong Tennessean; growing up a few miles up I-40 in Kingston Springs, TN. I graduated from MTSU with a Bachelor's in Business Management and worked in Retail Management for Bank of America for a decade before joining the team at Caliber Home Loans where I currently specialize in residential home loans.
The Board looks forward to engaging with each of you and hearing your ideas and opinions on how we can make this chamber valuable to you and your business. We will be working with the city, county and local businesses to strengthen our economy, create opportunities to promote our members and to build relationships within our community.
1st Vice President
My name is Rod Dawson and I am honored and blessed to serve as the second Vice President on the board of the Fairview Area Chamber of Commerce. I am originally from Moorhead Minnesota where I also grew up in a small farming community.After graduating from high school, I immediately began employment with Gwinnett County Fire & Emergency Services as a Firefighter. After serving the community of Gwinnett County for 22 years, I took an early retirement as a Chief Officer to join HCA (Hospital Corporation of America). I currently work at TriStar Horizon/TriStar Natchez as the Director of Physician & Provider Relations.While not at work, I am a Volunteer Firefighter/Paramedic with The City of Fairview.The City of Fairview truly is the City of Opportunity. For many of us it is our home, for some of us it is our place of business, but for all of us on the Chamber, it is our future.
2nd Vice President
My name is Joel Moenkhoff and most of you know me as "Joel from State Farm". I am the Agent/Owner of Joel Moenkhoff State Farm and I'm excited to serve as one of your Vice Presidents this year on the board.When I opened my doors as a brand new "scratch" State Farm office - I chose and fought for Fairview as it reminds me a lot of my hometown. It's full of great people with great values and ethics. I grew up in a small farming community in MO, graduating from Ottawa University in 1999 and moving to the great State of TN where I have been now ever since. At State Farm, I have a wonderful team of experts that I know many of your have met. We pride ourselves on being a big part of the community and love being involved. I'm very excited about Fairview's future and I look forward to seeing you all very soon.
My name is Chris Holman. My wife Karen and I are the owners of Holman Florist LLC. Our shop is located in Fairview, proudly serving the surrounding communities with our services such as weddings, funerals, parties and special events.Karen and I, have called Fairview our home for the past 6 years and have seen many changes to the community in those years. 2017 will be my 2nd year to serve on the Chamber board. I am particularly excited to serve for the 3rd year on the Nature Fest planning committee for 2017 as well. I look forward to seeing Fairview prosper and grow.
My name is Matthew and I have spent more than 20 years working in the manufacturing segment. I am currently the co-founder and COO of Hirebotics, LLC which focuses on placing cloud connected, industrial robots into small to midsize manufacturing companies. Prior to Hirebotics, I was the Director of Operations for the SFEG plant in Fairview from 2014-2015. Prior to relocating to the Fairview area in 2014, I held various management positions in manufacturing companies in operations, business development, and engineering. I am happy to be a part of the Chamber and I am excited to see what the future holds.
